It also serves as an operating base for Central Mountain Air and Flair Airlines. The airport serves the Greater Vancouver area. Vancouver International Airport is one of the busiest airports in Canada. It has two terminals and a Floatplane facility as well as a 5-star hotel. The airport is located 12 kilometers south of Vancouver and 5 kilometers northwest of Richmond.
