The Forum, also known as the L.A. Forum, is an iconic indoor arena with a seating capacity of 17,500, located at 3900 W Manchester Blvd, Inglewood, California, United States. Opened on December 30, 1967, designed by Charles Luckman Associates, it was home to NBA's Los Angeles Lakers, the WNBA's Los Angeles Sparks, and NHL's Los Angeles Kings. The arena is situated 3 miles east of Los Angeles International Airport, south of Inglewood Park Cemetery, north of the Hollywood Park Casino and SoFi Stadium. The Forum hosted the 1984 Summer Olympics, The 2014 FILA Wrestling World Cup - Men's freestyle, the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards, the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards, etc. On September 24, 2014, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places. The Forum also served as a COVID-19 vaccination site. The Forum is scheduled to host the Gymnastics events at the 2028 Summer Olympics.
