Siegen is a small city situated in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, in the western Germany. It is a part of one of the most populated area of the country and is one of the largest cities of the Arnsberg region. As the name of the city suggests, it was established in the early centuries AD by the Celts who used to rule the area in those times.
