Sharma (شرما) is a small coastal settlement situated in the northwesternmost corner of Saudi Arabia, quite close to the Gulf of Aqaba and the shores of Egypt. Sharma is a really small town situated near coastal Highway 5. Its population is only a few dozen of people. There is a large gas station near the town, as well as a few small supermarkets and markets for those who travel on the highway. There is also a very nice beach and a few resorts, with Royal Tulip Sharma Resort being the most popular.
