Jubilee Parkway is one of the landmarks of Alabama and a construction which includes 2 viaduct-type bridges that connect the George Wallace Tunnel with the city of Spanish Port, in the western USA. The bridges are 7.5 miles long and each of them has 2 lanes, for the traffic to one direction each bridge. The bridge is a part of National Highway 10, and it was built in 1978, with the aim to connect two shores of Mobile Bay. Today, the bridges are very often used and are really important transportation connections of the state. In the early years of the 2000s there was an idea on expending the bridge and extending its capacity to 8 lanes, but shortly after the idea was given up.
