It is situated to the west of Pensacola Bay and close to the state line with Alabama. Warrington got its name after Lewis Warrington who was an officer in the US Navy. Naval Air Station Pensacola is based in the area. Today, the town is a wonderful and quite popular recreation area, with amazing nature and absolutely great clean air.
