Stuart is a small city and the seat of a county situated in the eastern part of the state of Florida, south eastern US. The settlement was established in the early 18th century by a group of Spanish settlers and it used to develop as a small town until the beginning of the 20th century, when the town merged with a few smaller settlements and received the status of a city. Just like plenty of other small cities in the area, Stuart is a small resort, with plenty of villas and summer houses situated there. At the moment, the number of constant population of the city is slightly exceeding 16 thousand people, but during the season of the summer holidays it increases almost twice.
