The Eye Locations

Directed by David Moreau and Xavier Palud, and written by Sebastian Gutierrez, The Eye is a remake of the 2002 film "Jian gui" by Pang brothers. It is a horror movie starring Jessica Alba, Alessandro Nivola, Parker Posey, Chloë Grace Moretz, and Rade Šerbedžija. The film was released on February 1, 2008, and grossed $58 million worldwide against a $12 million budget. The Eye was mostly shot in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The opening scene was filmed at Caravan Book Store in Downtown Los Angeles. Dr. Faulkner's office building scenes took place at Forest Sciences Centre, University of British Columbia, Canada. Other filming locations included Albuquerque National Dragway and Old Santa Fe Railyard.
